We are about to just remove these, pack them up, and give them back. The potential is there because it works in some ways, and we do love the apps, it is just not operating completely right. We try their customer service line, they say the engineer will provide a fix, it doesn't happen, we call back, their service reps always put us on hold for long periods of time only to come back without an answer yet again. They don't know how to operate and service their own products, they won't put you in touch with an actual engineer so you can get more intelligent answers, and they end up leaving you frustrated after hour-long phone calls, with no help at all.
My husband and I are both engineers, he's a mathematician, we aren't asking stupid questions, we just need to talk to someone who actually knows their product!
